Tobin Brothers Grief Walk 2018

Sunday 16th September 2018 at 1:30pm
Rickett's Point Marine Sanctuary

Grief and bereavement can be a confusing, isolating and difficult experience. The journey with grief can become clearer and easier by literally walking with others. Join us to discover the hidden magic and teachings of walking in nature to ease the experience of grief and take the time to remember, reflect and honour all that we love and all that we have lost.

This walk will be led by Tobin Brothers Grief and Death specialist, Samantha Rennie, who will also be offering insights into how nature and walking have been shown to make changes in the brain and body to assist with grief and healing. The aim of this walk is to meet you where you are at and give you permission to walk with your loss and grief in a way that is right for you.

Parking:
There is a car park next to the café which is $5.40/hour. There is a drop off zone at the front of the café and there is free unrestricted street parking about a 5-8  minute walk from the start of the walk in the side streets off Beach road.
