Journalist and radio presenter, Laura Spurway shares her message of thanks as part of #SayItNow

Melbourne-based journalist and broadcaster Laura Spurway has built her career across major media networks, including as a radio producer for 2UE, a producer at ABC NewsRadio, and most recently as Chief of Staff at The Project. In 2025, she became 3AW’s first dedicated AFLW reporter, working across Nine Radio platforms.

With a strong family history in radio – her mother, Sandy Aloisi, spent many years on the John Laws program – Laura understands the power of connection and storytelling.

In 2026, she uses #SayItNow to chat with her mum and thank the family, mentors, colleagues, and listeners who have supported her through the highs, the challenges, and every story in between.

From 15 to 21st March, Tobin Brothers Funerals is inviting people across the country to take part in its annual #SayItNow initiative, a community initiative that encourages open, meaningful conversations with the people we care about most.
