The Funeral of Mrs Ann Bernadette Moore will be held at Tobin Brothers Chapel, 22 Barkly Street, Sunbury on Friday 21Â December 2018 commencing at 10 a.m.
A Private Cremation will follow.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alzheimers Australia. Envelopes will be available at the Chapel. Â
