Requiem Mass for Mrs Annette Zachariou will be offered at
Sacred Heart Catholic Church, corner of Bell Street & Clifton Grove Preston, on
Thursday 4^th June 2026, commencing at 11:00 AM.

Private Cremation.

Following Mass, there is a warm invitation to join Annette’s family for refreshments at the
Northern Memorial Park Commemoration Centre
Tandera Room, 56 Box Forest Road, Glenroy, from 2:00 PM

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Annette can be made to
Olivia Newton John Centre either via the link on this tribute page or QR code in church on the service day.

Annette’s family wish to thank all who have been of comfort and support in their time of loss.
