The Funeral Service for Carole Ann Campbell will be held at Tobin Brothers Chapel, 604 Esplanade, Mount Martha on Wednesday August 29, 2018 commencing at 10 a.m.
A Private Cremation will follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation. Envelopes will be available at the Chapel.
