A Service to Celebrate the Life of Glen Price Jones will be at Tobin Brothers Chapel, 604 Esplanade, Mt Martha on Friday (Dec, 1, 2017) commencing at 2.00 p.m.
A Private Cremation will follow.
No flowers by request.
In lieu, a donation may be made to Macular Degeneration Foundation. Envelopes will be available at the Chapel.
