It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of John William Wilkinson, who peacefully passed away on Sunday 7 December 2025.

He leaves behind his loving wife, Linda, his five children, Adam, Simon, Kristy, Michelle and John Paul, and his beautiful grandchildren, Leon, Ebony, Louis, Roy, Ellie, Lily, Bella, Kasey, Keith and Johnny.

His kindness, wisdom, and loving spirit will live on in our hearts forever.

The first funeral conducted by Tobin Brothers Funerals was for Ena Margaret Price in 1934. In its first year, the company conducted 53 funerals and after the payment of creditors and the collection of debts, it made a modest profit.
