Passed away peacefully on December 6, 2025.
Beloved husband of the late Patricia. 
A much-loved Stepfather, Grandfather (Poppy), Uncle, and Great-Uncle.
Patrick will be deeply missed by his extended family and the many lives he touched through his active community service and unwavering faith.

Requiem Mass for the Repose of the Soul of the late Mr. Patrick Mortimer O’Connell will be offered at St Mary’s Catholic Church, 123 St Leonards Road, Ascot Vale on Friday, 19th December 2025 commencing at 11:00am.

At the conclusion of Mass, the cortege will proceed to Northern Memorial Park, Box Forest Road, Glenroy for Burial in the Stringybark Lawn Plaque section.
