Funeral Prayers for Sally-Ann Jackson will be offered at St Anne's Church, 84 Austin Road, Seaford on Friday 21 December 2018 commencing at 2:00pm.
At the conclusion of Prayers the Funeral will proceed for burial at Bunurong Memorial Park, 790 Frankston Dandenong Road, Dandenong South.
In lieu of flowers, donations appreciated to the Asthma Foundation, envelopes will be available at the Church.
