Sister Margaret Ann Noone IBVM AM

Much loved Loreto Sister and patron of Very Special Kids, Sr Margaret died peacefully on the morning of 3 January 2025. 

Margaret served as a teacher, school principal and pastoral carer throughout Australia prior to embarking on her pioneering work in paediatric palliative care.

Margaret lived her motto, To Jesus through Mary, with faith and flair, passion and purpose. 

Requiem Mass to celebrate Margaret’s life will be held at Immaculate Conception Church, 345 Burwood Rd, Hawthorn on Wednesday 15^th January 2025 at 10:00am.

A Private Cremation will follow.
